Hello, I have been requested to find information regarding the difference between 'Cloning' and 'Deep Cloning' in Salesforce/ AE for campaigns. I am not able to find specific details regarding 'Deep Cloning' but am aware 'Cloning' exists and understanding the simple functionality. And how do I even begin to ‘Deep Clone’ a campaign? This is not a function of Account Engagement. Clone and Deep Clone are native Salesforce concepts (related to Apex code). If you were to "clone" a campaign it copies the campaign record and that is all. To "Deep Clone" would be to copy the record and it's related list data, which in the context of Campaigns might or might not include campaign members. In any case, deep cloning is normally something you would enable via an appexchange package.
