One of our Orgs and Community Portal is set in Read Only modus for all users (due to a merge with another Org). Our customers are still allowed to access our Community Portal to find historical data and therefore they can't create new Posts but they can still 'Delete' them or 'Edit the Topic'. How could I prevent users of making these actions in the Case Feed?

Hi @Gabriel Gonzalez, in our Org we do not have a Feed Object. Meaning that I can't create a validation rule on this object, nor is this object appearing under Object Settings of a Profile where I could disable the delete permission.
