Breaking out Time from Date/Time Field on Activity

Hi there,

I would like to report on just the time from the Created Date/Time field on Activity. I would like to also use it in a formula where I add and subtract time based upon the location of the Contact.

Any ideas on how to break out the time?  Thank you.
