Here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Verify Field Requirements

• Check if any required fields were added to the Opportunity object, either through customisation or automation (validation rules, processes, or triggers).
• Make sure that when you are inserting Opportunity records, all required fields are being populated with valid data.

2. Deactivate Validation Rules or Triggers

• If there are any validation rules or triggers that were recently created or modified, they might be interfering with the insert operation.
• Try deactivating them temporarily:
  • Go to Setup > Object Manager > Opportunity > Validation Rules. Deactivate any rules if present.
  • If there are Apex Triggers on the Opportunity object, temporarily deactivate them and test the challenge again.

3. Check for Automated Processes

• Review any Workflow Rules, Processes (Process Builder), or Flows that may be acting on the Opportunity object.
• These automations could potentially be blocking the insertion of Opportunity records due to missing fields or other conditions.

4. Reset Your Trailhead Playground (TP)

• If the issue persists and you cannot identify the cause, try resetting your Trailhead Playground. This will create a fresh environment without customizations.
• Go to your Trailhead profile, scroll to Hands-on Orgs, and click the dropdown next to your playground. You can either create a new one or delete the old one and reassign your challenges to a new TP.

5. Try in a New Playground

• Alternatively, create a new Trailhead Playground and attempt the challenge there:
  • Click on the dropdown in the hands-on orgs section.
  • Select Create a new Trailhead Playground.
  • Log into the new playground and attempt the challenge.
