I'm on the Case object and I have a standard Contact lookup field and a standard Account lookup field. How do I set it up so that after I select a contact, the only accounts that show up are the accounts the contact is in?
I assume it's to do with lookup filters but I can't seem to select the right options...

Thanks @Jihoon Moon, I ended up creating a flow with fast field updates on the case object. Works like a dream.
