Hi everyone,
I have Leads that come into Pardot through a Contact Us Form. As far as I can tell, it was built with the Salesforce Web-to-Lead form builder. I just took over this org and there isn't any documentation for me to follow. I can't find any Pardot Forms that match the website Contact Us Form. When Leads come into Pardot, they are assigned "Source Campaign = Website Tracking". I have tried to create automation that finds these Prospects and assigns them using the active Lead assignment rules. I have tried using a Rule "Prospect CRM Campaign is Website Tracking. When I preview the automation, it does not find any Prospects. Is the "Prospect CRM Campaign" the same as the Source Campaign? It doesn't seem to be. Can someone tell me what I need to filter the Rule on to find Prospects with Source Campaign = "Website Tracking"?
Thanks,
Peter

@Peter Martensen What may be happening is that there is a Web to Lead form setup within Salesforce (CRM) and is creating Leads in the CRM and your Connector settings in MCAE are set to "Automatically create prospects in Pardot if they are created as a Lead or Contact in Salesforce" and the Website Tracking Campaign is being used when creating those new Prospects in Account Engagement.
Go to Connectors in Account Engagement Settings. Then click on the cog on the right side of the b2bmaintegration user and click "Edit Settings". You should be able to see which (if any) Campaign is being used when Prospects are created in Account Engagement
