How many records can be synchronized in the mobile app offline?

Using the standard mobile app, if I am not using Mobile Plus and Briefcase, Salesforce documentation isn't clear about how many records I can sync. 

In the help, it says: "If a user chooses not to customize their cache, Salesforce populates the user’s cache with up to 30 recently accessed records for their five most recently accessed objects."

But what if I choose to customize, choosing up to 7 objects?

Will it sync all records from the elected objects?

Or only 30?
