Having issues with Connect Your Flows to Einstein Copilot Trailhead module. I'm getting stuck at the AI Conversation/Interaction (about 5:45 mark in this video, posted on a similar issue here)
Einstein keeps responding "Something went wrong. Try again."
- I've refreshed the conversation as the instructions stated
- I double-checked all of the settings in the instructions leading up to this point (Einstein & Copilot for Salesforce are toggled ON / Enabled)
- I tried clearing by browser cache, incognito window, different browser.
- Endlessly refreshing and trying again -- still the same error. It's maddening.
Am I missing something obvious?
Update: It allows me to move on to the next step and I was able to successfully create a custom copilot action & complete the remaining steps without Einstein -- so it seems like it's strictly an issue with the Einstein Conversations. I wish I could have gotten the actual Einstein interaction experience since it's a limited 5-day preview for these modules.
This was the most frustrating 100 points I've earned on Trailhead to date.
