We are struggling to determine what our Outlook and Salesforce experience will be in a post June - Salesforce for Outlook deprecation world. We currently have users using Salesforce for Outlook to log emails to Salesforce and also have emails sent from Salesforce logged in Outlook. I have not been able to find a good comparison to what will work post June, with Outlook Integration, with and without EAC). We do not have enough EAC licenses to cover all of our users, and want to ensure we can start to tell users what to expect. Does anyone have a good comparison matrix for everything that is changing, and what to expect after June? Or better yet, suggestions on how to test this?
@Santiago Bogari in the Outlook Integration, you can "pin" the app/side-panel... that should stop it from disappearing every time you click into a different Email.
