I'm trying to complete Administrator Certification Maintenance (Spring '23) but running into the below error for every single attempt. Can anyone please share the inputs to address this issue?

Try to log in again and then give it a try, if the issue persists then I would suggest you complete the challenge in a new fresh playground because sometime existing configuration changes conflict to verify the challenges.
