It does not allow me to save my progress due to this error in the screenshot below. Any ideas how to get this resolved? Frustrating losing my hours worth of progress not being able to save because of this. Thanks!

Hi Mike,
Does this happen in the Lightning Builder or in the New Email Experience Builder?
The latter is my guess, an if so, then, due its recency, I would actually second @Angelica P and recommend a Support case.
