Hi All, we are creating a prospect using a form handler. Lead is created in Salesforce, then converted if they complete a scheduling process. (We use person accounts). We are seeing a duplicate lead created randomly by B2BMA user around 5-8 minutes after the original was created, causing confustion for our users working the leads. We have no Marketing Data sharing rules created. Anything to check on B2BMA user not having access to converted leads? We are in a go-live state so really need to get this sorted. Look at your flow and ensure that its only created when the record meets the conditions vs everytime the record is saved. If this is already in place look into creating a custom duplicate rule settings that doesnt allow duplicate records to be created within that flow.
