While completing a trailhead assignment Create Prompts in Lightning Experience", I'm clicking on the launch at the bottom of the page but unfortunately, I'm getting the 404 We couldn't find that page error. This is a common issue.
I've encountered something similar as well. So, this error occurs when you try to run an old Playground that has been deleted due to its age. Therefore, the only solution to this situation is to create a new Playground.
To do this, you need to click on the photo of your profile on the Trailhead platform, go to the Hads-on Orgs menu, and press "Create playground":
