We create a campaign for each conference my sales team attends. The start and end dates of the campaign are the dates of the conference. When the campaign/conference ends, I would like to send the Salesforce Users who attended the conference, an automated email. How could I accomplish this when the campaign owner will never be one of the Sales users (it is always the Marketing user who is managing the campaign), AND each conference campaign could have multiple Salesforce users who attend.
The picklist is on the Campaign object. It is a list of all potential internal users that could attend that conference.
Our campaign object contains many fields that allow us to capture information about the conference: dates, location, attendance (this is the pick-list field), costs, etc.
