I get this error after several minutes of running the 'build' on Einstein Prediction Builder.
Einstein has encountered an issue that might require you to change some settings. Contact Salesforce Customer Support for help. Error ID:UNKNOWN_ERROR
All the settings are the same as in the Trailhead Module
