Hi, I have added multiple website's search in Account Engagement site search.
The query is, using a site search query, how can I identify while creating dynamic list which website a potential customer searched for a keyword.
For example, If I have created 2 site search, for Website A and Website B. then How can I create dynamic list of those prospect who has searched on Website A of specific keywords.
Please help here. Thanks in Advance.
I don't think this feature was ever really intended to track multiple sites or distinguish between them. You might try page actions with a wildcard on the results pages so you can tag people who used a specific site (and then use the tag as one of your filter conditions), with the caveats that if they used both sites you won't be able to tell the difference, and if there's no cookie set there will be no completion action to set the tag. Also note that the search function has no time limitation, it's basically "has this person ever searched this term", so use any followup actions carefully.
