- Add the Opportunity Alert component above the List View component.
I have no idea what it is asking of me..I have tried to drag Opportunity Alert to the position above List View but nothing happens

Hello @Josie Periasamy,
You need to drag it from the Components selection on the left above the existing List View Component in the "Canvas" area. The List View Component they are referencing is the Accounts List that says "Platinum and Gold SLA Customers".
