Hello everyone,
we are introducing Account Engagement and are currently working our way arount the new email builder. As an admin I can easily create new E-Mail Content. However once created I cannot edit it anymore and get the following message:
You can’t save this content because you don’t have permission to edit it. Your Salesforce admin can help with that.
I am not familiar with the CMS part of salesforce but I guess the problem is somewhere there?
The reason I need to edit is actually another error message:
Email content can’t contain Salesforce Files. Remove references to Salesforce Files and try again.: HTML Body
But I wasn't even able to get there because I cannot edit in the first place. What am I missing?

Hi Jan,
The second message is related to images not stored in the CMS.
To change your links, you need to actually access the editor.
Please ensure the following to users needing to access the lighting builders :
- They have the Permission Set "Create Account Engagement Content" (reference in Marketing Setup > Content Setup)
- They can access the Salesforce Objects Email Template & Email Contents
- They are declared as contributor of the Salesforce CMS (which you can setup from Digital Experience)
