The prompt named 'Customize Navigation in Console' with API name set to 'CustomizeNavigationinConsole' was not added to the Sales Console Home page.

Hi everyone,

I faced the same issue and wanted to share what worked for me in case it helps others.

Initially, I created and edited the prompt from In-App Guidance while in the Sales app, which kept resulting in the same error, the prompt was not added to the Sales Console Home page.

I also tried the suggested approach (editing the prompt and changing the app to Sales Console), but it still didn’t resolve the issue for me.

What finally worked:

• I deleted the prompt I had created  from In-App Guidance on Setup
• Then I switched to Sales Console directly (via the 9-dot App Launcher)
• From Sales Console, I added the prompt to the Sales Console Home page

After doing this, the prompt worked as expected. Hope this helps someone who’s stuck on the same challenge
