I'm setting up Digital Experiences (Salesforce CMS) and Email Template Builder for internal employee emails, and need to know more about how this should be done for an employee-only communication method.

Hi @Stacy Jewell there is not a process to be followed for internal only recipients when building an email in the Lightning Builder. The email template and email content you create will be available to be sent out of standard list email or automations, regardless of the intended audience.
