I have 3 fields in the Standard Line Item Drawer field set. When viewing the drawer in the line editor, the 3 fields display on the same row horizontally in 3 columns.
Is there a way to have the drawer fields display in 1 column vertically?

I don't believe this is possible as one of the primary functions of the drawer is to help conserve space on the QLE. Meaning you'll want to limit the fields on the QLE with excess going in the line item drawer, so the layout is meant to minimize space usage.
