I need to grant user-level access to Salesforce CPQ on the Quote and Quote line objects so that salespeople can test the tool.
I tried through the "Testers" profile. I gave access to all fields of the quote object, quote line and quote line groups, but the user can only access the quote and not the quote line, the following error appears:
"API is disabled for this User"

Hello @Raphael Fonseca for that particular profile try to check the API Enabled checkbox under the administrative permission.
