I was retaking the email specialist certification only had 10 questions remaining and my exam session was suspended stating that the exam environment is not suitable, I was previously 3x certified and due to personal reasons I missed the maintenance of these and have to retake them by December 31st and I am stuck because I cannot proceed without my email specialist certification, my vouchers will expire it has already been 11 days since I raised a support case, please help me out here!!
