"When I add the messaging channel in WhatsApp Enhanced Setup, after clicking the 'Connect to WhatsApp' button, a new window opens. However, this window has been loading for the past 10 hours, and I'm unsure of the exact issue. any one can assist me what is the exact issue.

Very interesting. Have you tried the following?
- Disable pop-up blockers. This opens a new WhatsApp window so most likely this
- Try alternative browser
- Login as another Admin
