I have heard that the following are now GA:

- Asset Centric View (GA)

- Warranty Lifecycle Management (GA)

- Claims automation w/ complex rules (GA)

 

  1. Are any of the above available when customer just has Sales + Service Cloud (a lot of customers have not yet moved to MFG Cloud) as e.g. Asset is not MFG Cloud specific?
  2. Are there any SDO/IDOs where we can try out the above mentioned functionalities and demo to customers?
