I have an approval process with 2 approvers. 1 of the approver gets the above error message while the other does not. Both users have different profiles.
1. This is for a case object record,
2. The approval process is for a specific Case record type and profiles of both the users have same access to the Case record type.
What else should I check to dig and resolve this error?

Can you check if the Profile has read acess to the Account on the case.
