I'm looking to setup custom reporting at the user-level and was wondering if there was a Marketing Cloud reporting API I could leverage for that.
Does that exist at all?

Is there an API that would allow me to query user-level engagement, much like Query Studio?
For example, enabling the ability to join the "_Job", "_Open", and "_Subscribers" data views?
