Recordtypes are not updated in production

When I move from Sandbox to Production, Record types are not updated in Production. In the Object side Record types are set to deploy, but when I create a new record it's showing only default value, other pick lists are not displaying. Please help me.

    Hi Rajesh,

    When you are deploying the record types from Sandbox to Production, what are all the components you included in the change set?

    You need to include the below components:

    --> Record Types

    --> Page Layouts

    --> Profile

    --> Custom Picklist fields

    All the above components are inter related, its better to add all these components in the outbound change set. It may not be compulsory to add picklist fields but better to try this option.
