Why am I not able to import data using the Import Data Wizard for Custom Objects on my DE account? I have a system administer profile so I dont see why its barring me from importing data for my custom objects.

I am logged into my DE account as system administrator and I am trying to import excel data into a custom object with data import wizard, but I get this prompt when I click on Custom Object.  This has never happened before, have I accidentally turned a permission off?  Where do I go to edit my permission for data import?  Thanks!

    Sorry, I actually do see them and everything is enabled.  I wonder why its not letting me import any custom objects data.
