Challenges with My Domain creation

Question

While trying the trailhead "Customise Your login process with My Domain" - I am having challenges with  registering the domain. As soon as I click on "Register" it says that an email will sent to notify when the domain is ready. Its a long time and I havent received any email. When I refreshed the page it says " Domain Registration pending " in the diagram. Can someone please help? I am not able to get complete the challenge due to this.
