Error on Custom button with URL hacking

It was working fine all this while but suddenly 2 days ago, user starting telling me about the error,

"Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://vault.netvoyage.com/neWeb2/addDoc.aspx?" on this server.

Reference ⌗18.5c1d2017.1542845238.3a45acd"

This will open up a NetDocument site.

But providing the URL (http://vault.netvoyage.com/neWeb2/addDoc.aspx?) on the browser address bar worked, but it changed from http to https instead.

Any clue of what happened? Thank you in advance for any suggested solution.

    if you are not using any VPN

    do me favour set debug log ,before clicking  the custom button. get the log and post it please..
