Is anybody familiar with reports and dashboards need help?

I am trying to create conversion charts for these specific KPI's in my dashboards.

Opportunitys Created

-I track this by "Opportunitiy created date" every opportunity created is considered 1 opportunity.

Last Offer Made

Anytime Field history equals "blank" and than turns to "number", than I track that edit date as an "Offer"

Contracts Signed

-Any time a "Transasction is created" I track contracts. I am sure I can track using Opportunity considered ""Closed Won"

What is the best way to create a simple comprehensive dashboard for all these fields that give me conversion rates for all these. Thanks
