Use details in Activity Section

Hi All,

PFA 

Use details in Activity SectionI am unable to see the user details for the completed task in the Activity Section .

Actually these task were assigned to the group but as a non member of that group I am unable to see the user or group info who completed the task .

but if i login as member of that group I am able to to see the  group info who completed the task like "Group D had a Task" in the same activity section .

Can anyone help me with this is there any sharing that needs to checked for this . or is this normal behaviour

    Hello ,

    To resolve this issue, change the record type for the affected Global Action from '--Master--' to one of your custom record types. For more, please review Actions in Lightning Experience.

    Ensure the record type assigned to the Global Action is available to the user(s) accessing the action on the record.

    Check your record page settings and see if you are using Activity timeline or Related List 

    Click your avatar

    Select Settings.

    Go to Display & Layout.

    Look for Record Page Settings.

    Check if the setting is set to Activity Timeline.
