Adding extra values in the campaignmember status field

I have requiremnt where I want to add two more values other than sent and responsed in the status field of campaign members. I have written a trigger to achieve this as I need the extra values in all the Campaigns by default. So can someone tell me if this can have any negative impacts on any existing functionalities i.e. Vuture(Similar to marketing cloud), Conga(Extensively use campaigns), Marketing Cloud.

    Greetings!

    You can add the extra picklist values without using any custom code as well.Can you please check the below document for steps to add the picklist values from setup which will not affect any other existing functionality:
