Hi, I'm Trying create an action for my Cases and when I select the action type Email, returns a message like this:The Send Email action is off or activities are not allowed. Turn on the Email Email action and allow activities, then try again.
Hi, Have you enable Email-to-Case?If not then Go to setup. Search 'Email-to-Case' in quick find box. Click on 'Email-to-Case'. Click edit button and check Enable Email-to-Case checkbox. Save and now try.Let me know if it helps
