whenever I install an app it doesn't go into the developer edition

I am also in the Admin Beginner trail, and my installs go into my regular account instead of the developer edition.  I've been using my regular credentials to get into the the developer edition as prompted by the login.  How do I get around this and install into the developer edition instead?

    Hi,

    If you are installing the App from AppExchange, click on the APP and log in to App Exchange with Developer Edition credentials and then install so that it will be installed in your DE org. 

    Please check which org you have connected to by clicking "Launch your hands on org" in the trailhead module, then connect to developer edition where you have installed your App.Now when you click on "Launch your hands on org" Org will be opened where you can see your App.
