While logging Outlook email  to Salesforce we are facing an issue. 

Email is getting logged and appears in the Case - Upcoming activies section if associated along with the contact 

Email is getting logged but doesen't appear in the Case - Upcoming activies section if associated along with the contact 

Any Idea ? is this something to do with Contact WhoId ?

    Greetings!

    Yes,in order to show them under upcoming activities of the respective Contacts we should assign the value for WhoId.
