Hello,

 

Can the technicians drag and drop SA in the resource calendar in order to change the Start/End date?

The Resource calendar and the Salesforce calendar is not synchronizing even though the Sync is active, meaning if I go in the Salesforce Calendar and move the Event, the start and end date change is not reflected in the SA. What could be the issue? Thank you!

    Hey @Maria Alexandra Florescu maybe there is any validation or automation in the system, which can block the update or throws an error, which is not shown. Pls. check if the user (tech) has permissions to "Event Type" field, which controls the sync behavior. You can read some more details about syncing in help & training.

    Does the user have read/ write permissions to the SA? Normally the tech is not the owner.
