Hi all,

 

Current my AE prospect - lead sync process to create lead is

form - prospect - assign prospects - create lead - automation rule adjust grade - SFDC flow assign lead to user

 

however, since there is a time gap(SFDC flow runs after 10 mins from lead created or updated), my flow logic is not working for some leads.

 

So I am thinking change AE process from the current sync flow as

form - prospect - automation rule adjust grade - assign prospects - create lead - SFDC flow assign lead to user

with this change I think I can resolve timing issue.

 

For this, I need to check prospects has grade. 

as my understanding, grade D is default - but this is not showing on the list and to create automation conditions from completion action, there is no option to have grade equals to none.

 

So I wonder what is the best way to verify prospects got grade ? 

or any other suggestions will be appreciated!

    Then I would look to do more with the Flow Without the Grade, its unlikely on initial lead creation you will have a enough information to have a useful Grade to help rerdirect leads to relevant teams, you should be able to use flow to support your needs. You might want to look at using either a meta or custom object to check values in fields, By that I mean a table of scenarios with one column holding the user or queue result you want that to assign to, this is then easily updated and amended and keeps the flow itself alot smaller
