Hi,
I have a problem with one of the engagement studio programs that I set up, and I don't know where the problem is or what automation rule I have missed implementing.
We created an A/B testing through the engagement studio program, and throughout the entire email cycle, if a prospect were clicking a specific link, it would go into the YES list; if not, it would move forward to the next email until the cycle would have been over and it would enter into the NO list. The frequency for email sending was set to 7 days.
The problem is that after the 4th email (which was the last), prospects who did not click the specific link we wanted throughout the entire email cycle (there were only four emails) should have gone into the NO list, but instead, they remained in the WAITING. Because of that, they all received the emails again because we did not want to stop the process, as every week, new prospects were coming in in our CRM and the Start list was a dynamic one.
Why did that happen? What rule did I miss? What is this WAITING?
Could somebody explain?
I also attached a screenshot.
Hi @Cristina-Maria Halosta I would suggest you pause this engagement studio and run through a test to follow the no route to try to identify the waiting aspect. From an initial look at your screenshot there are 3.74k prospects waiting the wait time of '5days' to be analysed as to whether they need to go in the yes list or the no list. In order to ensure people don't receive the emails more than once you need to implement this rule on the start, saying 'don't allow prospects to enter more than once'. You could also apply a tag to people entering the program to cross reference that they havent already been through the program.
