Receiving below error while testing Bot:

There was a problem communicating with the bot. c2c.ChatbotApiException: Chatbot api https://bot-runtime-api.sfdc-mchho0.svc.sfdcfc.net/v5.0.0/bots/0Xx5j000000HBHLCA4/sessions response code 500, response body.
Anyone who can help on this?

We got a solution for this from Salesforce support.
Under the Einstein bot home page we had to turn Einstein Bots off. Refresh the page. Confirm that it was off. Then turn the toggle back on. After it was back on we were able to generate session ids during text preview.
