I used the new feature Custom Error element in my create/update record-triggered flow and when I did a Build Validation for it to be deployed to the higher org, I got the error 'duplicate value'
flow API version is 56.
If someone can please help?

We have managed to resolve the issue.
It was because the sfdx-project.json has a lower version.
we changed it to the latest version
"sourceApiVersion": "59.0"
and the build succeeded.
