Hey there, I know many of you have heard this before but we're getting to the end of our wits here dealing with Yahoo and AOL email bounces/blocks. We are a somewhat high volume sender - 1-1.5mil per month, however almost all of those sends are to our own internal emails, our average monthly send to all other domains combined  (outlook, gmail, icloud, yahoo, etc.) may not be more than a few thousand a month.  We have SAP, we have a private IP, but what we don't have is a consistent volume. So when an email comes along that needs to go to several hundred or several thousand Yahoo/AOL emails....we end up with a significant number of bounces.

We're trying to centralize many departments/tools into Marketing Cloud, however it's not a good look when they go from having no apparent problems with Yahoo/AOL to having a near 100% bounce rate to those domains when they send their quarterly alumni updates or whatever.

Have any of you successfully dug your way out of frequent blocks from specifically Yahoo/AOL? Did you have any tools or services that significantly helped with that?

I had already read this question, but in my country, Japan, Yahoo.com and AOL are rarely used. Therefore, the issues mentioned here do not occur.

If there are users from countries where Yahoo/AOL are more commonly used, especially if there are MC experts from those countries, I would appreciate your response to this question.

I apologize for not being able to assist further. 🙇
