I'm busy with a hands-on challenge using the development org. I mail merged my emails, and on review I can see that the mail merge worked, but when sending the emails to the selected leads, the original email with merge fields remain the same without merging. I've tried to refresh, but this didn't work. So I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Please help
