Prompting to set up inquiry for Pat Stumuller in Create Support Processes...the challenge didn't prompt to create user profile for Pat, and the user doesn't exist?

Hi. My name is Ryosuke Yoshinari.
I made new playground.
But it was reverse with 'Last Name' and 'First Name'.
Last Name : Stumuller
First Name: Pat
I realized that contact is ' Stumuller Pat ' (not 'Pat Stumuller )
So I fixed it, and I did well.
I'm Japanese,please forgive my broken english.
