My org recently switched from Constant Contact, where simple polling element is part of the drag and drop email builder, to Pardot where polling option doesn't seem to exist.
As a test, we tried embedding code from couple of different polling platforms (Alchemer, Microsoft Forms) but that doesn't seem to work.
Has anyone successfully integrated a poll into Pardot marketing emails? Which platform did you use?
Suggestions welcome! Thanks in advance.
While there isn't a true "survey" capability in Pardot, there is a 'Salesforce Labs' option on the AppExchange that allows you to embed forms in emails and experience cloud sites. I haven't had a chance to play with it myself yet, but it may give you what you're looking for in bringing forms into email.
