Hi Everyone,

 

We are trying to setup Opportunity Product Split in our org from oppty split settings and we could see that Include Product Split option is disabled.

Include Product Split disabled in oppty split settings

Can anyone pls suggest what could be the reason for this and how to enable the option in the org.

    Hi @Sumanth Kumar,

     

    Strange, I tried in my trailhead playground and was able to edit the Include Product Split checkboxes. Do you have admin privileges in the Org you are trying to update the settings?
