I created a Trailhead Playground about 3 years ago. When I try to access it now I get this error - 'Please check your username and password. If you still can't log in, contact your Salesforce administrator.'
If I go back to the 'Create a Trailhead Playground' trail, none of the buttons like Create Playground are active.
So how do I create a new Playground?

Please follow the below steps to create a new playground:
- Login Trailhead
- Click on your Profile Image from the Top-Right Corner on Trailhead Page
- Select 'Hands-on Orgs' or go to https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs
Click Create Playground button to create a new playground and then click Launch button to open the org.
