I'm using a get records element to retrieve all records of that object sorted by created date and I'm thinking I need to somehow grab the ID of the second record in the list that the get records has stored in the collection variable. (Note: The above mentioned records are created 1 time every month using the Reporting Snapshots feature). When I click into the value lookup in the update records element to set the lookup field value, I would expect to see the get records variable but it is not there - I really don't know what to do next and would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction. (I'm a newbie!) I'd also welcome any suggestions on other ways to approach this.

@Stephan Lipp This approach did work, however I'm realizing that since the record that gets created is generated by a Reporting Snapshot I'm not able to trigger the flow on record create - I have created a scheduled flow that populates other lookup fields just fine and runs daily but for some reason I can't make this particular flow run the same way. I'll keep exploring - thanks again.
