I'm wondering if anyone has insight on this Help article:

Replies Do Not Go to the 'Reply-to' Address Set for Account Engagement Emails

We're setting up Account Engagement with email subdomains for sending, but the subdomain addresses don't actually exist yet. Has anyone had this experience where a reply goes back to the sending address rather than the reply-to?

    Hi Stephanie,

As the article puts it, the Reply-To directive is not guaranteed to be honoured by the final recipient client. So you actually take the risk of receiving answers to non-existent inboxes which will result in a bad experience for your answerers.

You should use existing adresses as senders, no workaround I believe.

    Hope this helps 😎.
